Objectives of the Foundation

1. Popularizing the risks of uncontrolled, country-wide invasion of a plant, called Sosnowsky’s hogweed (Heracleum sosnowskyi).
2. Offering education and advice, and providing farmers with resources and equipment for controlling Sosnowsky’s hogweed.
3. Creating teams and supporting the establishment of self-help groups made up of farmers ready to take actions against the invasion of Sosnowsky’s hogweed, and eliminating the effects of its uncontrolled expansion.
4. Assistance and counselling services offered to individuals who suffered material loss and health injuries as a result of exposure to Sosnowsky’s hogweed.
